2024 CPRA Annual Conference at the Keystone Conference Center October 29th-31st.

Registration Options:

• Full Conference Attendee - $469/member, $499/non-member
• Tuesday Attendee Only - $305/member, $345/non-member
• Wed/Thurs Attendee Only - $409/member, $449/non-member  

Not sure who from your agency will be attending the conference? No problem! You can register generic names/holds for your team to secure spots and receive the Early Bird price. (Example - Parker One, Parker Two, etc) You may update your registrations with the names of those officially attending at a later date by logging into your Info Hub.

Exhibitors: Exhibit booths are SOLD OUT for this year's conference.

Full Conference registration includes:

• The opportunity to earn up to 0.9 Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
• Grab & Go Morning Snacks 10/29 & 10/30 (ex. yogurt, granola bars, fruit, coffee, tea, etc.)
• Food during Schmoozapalooza Exhibit Hall on Tuesday, 10/29 (For reference, 2023's Exhibit Hall included pasta stations and taco bars!)
• The CPRA Social on Tuesday, 10/29
• Coffee & snack breaks in between sessions on 10/29 & 10/30
• Full breakfast buffet Thursday, 10/31

NOTE: Single day conference registration is available. You may choose to attend only on Tuesday, 10/29 or Wednesday, 10/30 + the closing morning of 10/31. 

Awards Banquet: The CPRA Columbine Awards Banquet will be a separate ticketed event and is not included in your conference registration. Get more details and register for the banquet HERE.

Director's Lunch: The CPRA Director's Section will host their annual lunch at the conference on Wednesday, October 30th onsite at the Keystone Conference Center. You do not have to be a director to attend but you do have to be a current CPRA member. Get more details and register for the lunch HERE.

Tax Exempt Payment for Lodging: Keystone Resort requires THIS FORM to be filled out and submitted during check-in for anyone booking with a tax exempt status. Please direct any questions about this to Keystone Resort at 855-948-0696.

A note from the resort: "It can take up to 24 hours to receive a lodging confirmation email. If you have any issues booking a room, please contact Global Groups directly at 855-948-0696."

Annual Conference Attendee Substitution & Refund Policy 

Annual Conference Substitution Policy:

• There will be no penalty for substitutions received on or before September 13, 2024.  Please contact CPRA to substitute, adjust, and switch out attendees or registration details.
• A $50 processing fee will be added to the original registrant for each transfer or substitution made between September 14 - October 14, 2024. Please contact CPRA to substitute attendees and pay the processing fee.
• No substitutions or transfers of 2024 Annual Conference Registrations may be made on or after October 15, 2024.  Please contact CPRA for questions or concerns. Emergencies or other exceptions will be approved by the Executive Director and/or Professional Development Manager.

Annual Conference Refund Policy:

• There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before September 13, 2024.  Please contact CPRA to cancel, substitute, adjust, and switch out attendees or registration details.
• A $100 processing fee will be assessed with the original registrant for each cancellation made between September 14 - October 7, 2024. Please contact CPRA to cancel registration(s).
• No cancellations or refunds of 2024 Annual Conference Registrations may be made on or after October 8, 2024. Substitutions may be made until October 14, 2024, (Please see the policy above for more details). Emergencies or other exceptions will be approved by the Executive Director and/or Professional Development Manager.
