2024 CPRA Annual Conference at the Keystone Conference Center October 29th-31st.

Attendee Registration is CLOSED for this year's conference.

Tax Exempt Payment for Lodging: Keystone Resort requires THIS FORM to be filled out and submitted during check-in for anyone booking with a tax exempt status. Please direct any questions about this to Keystone Resort at 855-948-0696.

Annual Conference Attendee Substitution & Refund Policy 

Annual Conference Substitution Policy:

• There will be no penalty for substitutions received on or before September 13, 2024.  Please contact CPRA to substitute, adjust, and switch out attendees or registration details.
• A $50 processing fee will be added to the original registrant for each transfer or substitution made between September 14 - October 14, 2024. Please contact CPRA to substitute attendees and pay the processing fee.
• No substitutions or transfers of 2024 Annual Conference Registrations may be made on or after October 15, 2024.  Please contact CPRA for questions or concerns. Emergencies or other exceptions will be approved by the Executive Director and/or Professional Development Manager.

Annual Conference Refund Policy:

• There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before September 13, 2024.  Please contact CPRA to cancel, substitute, adjust, and switch out attendees or registration details.
• A $100 processing fee will be assessed with the original registrant for each cancellation made between September 14 - October 7, 2024. Please contact CPRA to cancel registration(s).
• No cancellations or refunds of 2024 Annual Conference Registrations may be made on or after October 8, 2024. Substitutions may be made until October 14, 2024, (Please see the policy above for more details). Emergencies or other exceptions will be approved by the Executive Director and/or Professional Development Manager.
