This four-month series looks at the future of the parks and recreation workforce through a part-education, part-conversation series. For one flat fee, you can attend all 4 of these webinars which will take place on Zoom. The Zoom link and password will be provided in your registration confirmation. A link to each webinar recording will be emailed to registered participants following the live event.

Following changes in recruitment strategies, we’ll take a deeper look at budgeting, with a special focus on budget restrictions in smaller agencies and breakout discussions based on your agency size/budget.

This webinar will look at how we are supporting park and recreation staff within our agencies to become the leaders of tomorrow. We’ll also take a look at various professional development opportunities, including a statewide Leadership Academy or certification programs.
