The AAPS Summer Retreat: Revive & Restore - is happening on Friday, June 27th at the Highlands Ranch Senior Center! This event will include a 0.1 CEU session, breakout activities, roundtable discussions & lunch from Los Dos Potrillos!
Schedule:
- 9:30 - 10: Check-in and tours
- 10:00: Kick off welcome
- 10 - 2: Hand massages included with registrations - (sign-up sheet at registration)

Speaker Carrie Mumma, President of Roadmap for Aging, will present the session, "Revive and Restore: Caring for Ourselves While Caring for Others," a lively session tailored for caregivers and senior service professionals looking to recharge. You’ll learn practical strategies for setting boundaries, preventing burnout, and practicing self-care. Discover how to recognize compassion fatigue and find joy in your important work again!
