2025 CPRA Annual Conference at the Grand Hyatt in Vail on October 15th-17th
Registration is open to attendees for the 2025 CPRA Annual Conference! Not sure who from your agency will be attending the conference? No problem! You can register generic names/holds for your team to secure spots and receive the Early Bird price. (Example - Boulder One, Boulder Two, etc.) You may update your registrations with the names of those officially attending at a later date by logging into your Info Hub.
Schedule Overview:
- Early arrivals & exhibitor setup begin on Tuesday, October 14th.
- The conference kicks off at 8:00am on Wednesday, October 15th.
- The conference will end on Friday, October 17th around 10:30am.
Session Schedule:
- A preliminary session schedule will be released by mid-June.
Conference registration includes:
- The opportunity to earn up to 0.9 Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
- Grab & Go Morning Snacks 10/15 & 10/16 (ex. yogurt, granola bars, fruit, coffee, tea, etc.)
- Food during Schmoozapalooza Exhibit Hall
- For reference, 2024's Exhibit Hall included pasta stations & taco bars
- Coffee & snack breaks in between sessions on 10/15 & 10/16
- Entry to the CPRA Social
- Breakfast on Friday, 10/17
The 2025 Annual Conference will have the option to register separately for onsite lunches and the Columbine Awards Reception. These registrations will open in the summer.
CPRA Room Block Reservations - Grand Hyatt Room Block
Room Block Reservation Deadline is Sunday, September 14th OR until the block is filled.
Please note that the Grand Hyatt has a Daily Resort Fee of $20/night.
For an individual guest paying their own accounts to qualify as “Tax Exempt,” they must:
- Provide the Grand Hyatt Vail with a valid Tax Exemption Form issued by the State of Colorado.
- Certificates issued by any other state and/or federal agencies are NOT valid.
- Payment of ALL room charges must be made either by credit card and/or check issued by the government agency, organization that qualifies for Tax-Exempt Status. Payments may not be made in cash, by personal check, or with a personal credit card.
Exhibitors - Registration for exhibit booths will open in the spring. The registration will open first to current CPRA Industry Partners. If you would like to be notified with the exhibit booth registration opens, please fill out this CONTACT FORM.
Annual Conference Attendee Substitution & Refund Policy
Annual Conference Attendee Substitution Policy:
- There will be no penalty for substitutions received on or before September 12, 2025. Please contact CPRA to substitute, adjust, and switch out attendees or registration details.
- A $50 processing fee will be added to the original registrant for each transfer or substitution made between September 13 - September 30, 2025. Please contact CPRA to substitute attendees and pay the processing fee.
- No substitutions or transfers of 2024 Annual Conference Registrations may be made on or after October 1, 2025. Please contact CPRA for questions or concerns. Emergencies or other exceptions will be approved by the Executive Director and/or Professional Development Manager.
Annual Conference Attendee Refund Policy:
- There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before September 12, 2025. Please contact CPRA to cancel, substitute, adjust, and switch out attendees or registration details.
- A $100 processing fee will be assessed with the original registrant for each cancellation made between September 13 - September 30, 2025. Please contact CPRA to cancel registration(s).
- No cancellations or refunds of 2024 Annual Conference Registrations may be made on or after October 1, 2025. Substitutions may be made until September 30, 2025 (please see the policy above for more details). Emergencies or other exceptions will be approved by the Executive Director and/or Professional Development Manager.
