Description

9th Annual PHPR Collaborative Summit

Elevating community capacity and partnerships to survive, adapt, and thrive!

By coming together across disciplines, agencies, organizations and community members, better and more innovative solutions can be developed through partnership and capacity building. This year we want to hear from the amazing coalitions, collaboratives and community partnerships that are bringing people together and creating unique solutions for challenges around health, access, equity, program engagement, amenity development, youth engagement, built environment, etc. We’re focusing on how these partnerships came together, tackled an issue, developed solutions and put them in action.
