2025 CARA Girls Flag Football Registration

Get ready for an action-packed season with CARA’s brand new Middle School Girls Flag Football League! Teams will play on Friday nights or Saturday mornings and have the chance to showcase their skills, make new friends, and enjoy the thrill of the game. Designed for players of all skill levels, this program emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun. Whether your team is a seasoned team or new to the game, MSGFF is the perfect opportunity for girls to develop confidence and camaraderie. Don’t miss out on the chance to be part of the inaugural season!

Season Dates:

Practices begin the week of August 18th

Games: September 5th - October 25th

Registration opens Friday, May 2nd at 12am and closes Friday, July 25th at 11:59pm.
